Before entering our e-shop and browsing our website, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms and conditions, which specifically apply to the use of Survival’s online store at www.survival.gr.

1. Terms of the Agreement
Survival reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these terms and conditions governing transactions made through its online store, in accordance with its needs and commercial practices.
Survival undertakes the obligation to inform users of any changes or modifications via this website.


2. Provided Information & Products

Survival is committed to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the information presented on its website, www.survival.gr, both in terms of the details displayed and the services provided through its online store. This commitment is subject to potential technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally, as well as any temporary website downtime due to force majeure.


    3. Limitation of Liability

    Survival is not liable to customers/users for any damages that may arise from the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of their orders (except in cases covered under paragraph 9, “Product Return”). It also reserves the right to adjust delivery times in cases of force majeure. The online store www.survival.gr cannot guarantee product availability but ensures timely notification to end consumers in case of unavailability. The website www.survival.gr provides content (e.g., information, names, photos, illustrations), products, and services exactly as they are. Under no circumstances shall Survival’s online store be responsible for any legal, civil, or criminal claims, nor for any damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, lost earnings, monetary compensation, etc.) suffered by website visitors or third parties due to the operation or failure of the website, inability to provide services or information, or unauthorized third-party interference with products, services, or information offered through it. Survival informs customers/users that the presentation and display of depicted products may vary due to digital processing, changes in the original manufacturer’s production, etc. However, every effort is made by Survival to provide the best possible product depiction and information.

    This website is the official online store of Survival. All content on the website, including images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, services provided, and products, constitute intellectual property of Survival and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international conventions.     Any reproduction, republication, uploading, announcement, dissemination, transmission, or any other use of the content by any means or method for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with prior written permission from Survival or any other lawful owner of the above intellectual property rights.

    The names, images, logos, and distinctive signs representing Survival and/or its online store www.survival.gr, as well as third parties contracted with them, along with their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive signs of Survival and/or www.survival.gr and/or said third parties and are protected by Greek, EU, and international trademark and intellectual property laws.

    In any case, their appearance and display on the website www.survival.gr and the Survival online store should not in any way be interpreted as a transfer or grant of license or right of use.


    5. User Responsibility

    Users of the website www.survival.gr acknowledge that they will not use Survival’s online store to send, publish, email, or transmit by any other means any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, annoying, defamatory, libelous, obscene, indecent, slanderous, violates someone else’s privacy, expresses hostility, or conveys racial, ethnic, or other discrimination; that may cause harm to minors in any way; that is unauthorized for transmission under the law or contractual or administrative relationships (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements); infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties; contains software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to disrupt, damage, destroy, or impair the operation of any software or hardware; intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU laws and their provisions; may harass third parties in any way; or any content used to collect or store personal data about other users.

    Survival recognizes the importance of the security of your personal data as well as your electronic transactions and takes all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum possible safety. All information related to your personal details and transactions is secure and confidential. The security of Survival’s online store is achieved through the following methods:

    The codes used for your identification are two: the Login Code (email or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (Password), which each time you enter them provide you with secure access to your personal data. You have the ability to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) as often as you wish. The only person who has access to your data through these codes is you, and you are solely responsible for maintaining their secrecy and preventing third parties from accessing them. In case of loss or leakage, you must immediately notify us; otherwise, Survival’s online store is not liable for the use of the secret code by unauthorized persons. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password regularly and avoid using easily traceable passwords (e.g., date of birth).

    To ensure the confidentiality of data transfer, we use the SSL-128bit encryption protocol. The system is certified by Verisign, a company specializing in transaction security.

    If there is no activity for 20 minutes, automatic logout from Survival’s online store occurs.

    Access to Survival’s systems (servers) is controlled by a firewall, which allows the use of specific services by customers/users while prohibiting access to systems and databases containing confidential company information.

All information transmitted by the user/member to Survival is confidential, and Survival has taken all necessary measures to ensure its use only to the extent necessary for the services provided by Survival.     8. Purchase of Products

    To facilitate your search, we have divided our products into categories. Each category has a tree of subcategories, which appears in the horizontal bar at the top of your screen. Our goal is for you to reach the final product with 3 clicks. (The minimum product value for an order is set at €5.00).

    If you are looking for something specific, use the "Search," which will lead you directly to your specific choice.

    Survival makes every effort to provide high-quality services but is not responsible for any errors in product prices and characteristics and cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions in the website's operation or human errors during the updating/recording of a product’s price.


    9. Withdrawal / Return - Product Replacement

    You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement:

    a) In case a product does not suit you or you changed your mind.

    b) In all cases where, due to proven fault of Survival, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (errors in order receipt, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.).

    c) In all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (functionality or quality) covered by the product’s warranty (if any) and provided that the warranty has been given by Survival. Products covered by warranties from third parties such as the manufacturer or their representative are not included in this provision.

    In all these cases, the customer has the option either to refuse to accept the product from the start or, after receiving it, to return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery. In any case, products must be returned in excellent condition, complete and without damage, and the product packaging must be the original one normally accompanying the product, also in excellent condition. The product to be replaced or repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Survival (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). If the product is not returned within 14 working days, Survival may refuse any return or replacement.

    Before any return, it is advisable to coordinate with the Survival Online Store.

    Shipping costs for the product replacement are covered by SURVIVAL. In case you request a second replacement, the shipping costs are your responsibility and amount to €4.00 for Geniki Tachydromiki courier and €3.00 for Box Now service.

    NOTE: If you do not want product replacement and request a refund, shipping costs ARE NOT REFUNDED.

    In cases where the return concerns an order placed outside Greece (Cyprus, EU, etc.), the shipping and return costs of the product for replacement are always borne by the customer.

    *Attention: According to European legislation, returns of customized products (e.g., printed metal tags) are not accepted.

    Also, returns of knives, folding knives, swords, etc., are not accepted as they may be considered items for malicious use.

    10. Order Cancellation

    You can cancel your order under the following circumstances:

    1. Before completing the order: During the online ordering process, you can click the "Cancel" button located at the bottom left of your screen. By clicking it, the ordering process is automatically terminated.

      Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of order cancellation after delivery.


      11. Payment Methods – Delivery – Shipping Costs

      Orders are shipped via courier service (GENIKI TACHYDROMIKI) from Monday to Friday, or via Box Now lockers with 24/7 pickup availability.

      Estimated delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the destination area. This time frame is indicative and not guaranteed.

      Regardless of order amount, the shipping costs are as follows:

      Important notes:

      *We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees for orders that include bulky, oversized, or unusually heavy items. In such cases, we will contact you before processing the order to inform you of any extra charges.

      *If a package arrives opened, tampered with, or damaged, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance and payment.


      12. VAT (Value Added Tax)

      All displayed retail product prices include VAT at 24%, except for books, which are taxed at a reduced VAT rate of 6%.
