Domestic Shipping (Greece):
Orders within Greece are shipped via courier service (Geniki Taxydromiki) from Monday to Friday, or via Box Now to a locker with 24/7 pickup access.

Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 working days, depending on the destination area. Please note this is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Shipping Costs within Greece:

• Box Now: €3.00 for orders up to €89.99.
  (Available for payments via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer)

• Geniki Taxydromiki: €4.00 for orders up to €89.99.
  (Cash on Delivery incurs an additional fee of €2.00)

Orders of €90.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement:

a) In case a product does not suit you or you changed your mind.

b) In all cases where, due to proven fault of Survival, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (errors in order receipt, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.).

c) In all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (functionality or quality) covered by the product’s warranty (if any) and provided that the warranty has been given by Survival. Products covered by warranties from third parties such as the manufacturer or their representative are not included in this provision.

In all these cases, the customer has the option either to refuse to accept the product from the start or, after receiving it, to return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery. In any case, products must be returned in excellent condition, complete and without damage, and the product packaging must be the original one normally accompanying the product, also in excellent condition. The product to be replaced or repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Survival (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). If the product is not returned within 14 working days, Survival may refuse any return or replacement.

Before any return, it is advisable to coordinate with the Survival Online Store.

Shipping costs for the product replacement are covered by SURVIVAL. In case you request a second replacement, the shipping costs are your responsibility and amount to €4.00 for Geniki Tachydromiki courier and €3.00 for Box Now service.

NOTE: If you do not want product replacement and request a refund, shipping costs ARE NOT REFUNDED.

In cases where the return concerns an order placed outside Greece (Cyprus, EU, etc.), the shipping and return costs of the product for replacement are always borne by the customer.

*Attention: According to European legislation, returns of customized products (e.g., printed metal tags) are not accepted.

Also, returns of knives, folding knives, swords, etc., are not accepted as they may be considered items for malicious use.
